Sex Offender Charged With Trafficking

Troy Footman, Dorchester MA

[From article]
Footman was released in June 2011 after serving time on a 1999 federal conviction for operating a prostitution ring with girls as young as 14 whom he pimped out to truckers along the East Coast. Boston police, who revealed the department began investigating him again in 2012, said Footman is expected to face additional charges and noted a 2011 state law allows investigators to bring criminal charges of human trafficking in such cases.

No one was watching this thoughtful young man. No police, no FBI, no crime family, and no Communists. He was free to take time from his busy schedule to volunteer assisting young women in their professional careers in the sex trade. But in Cambridge, MA local police, Harvard University campus cops and their industrious building superintendents take time from their schedules to harass, to ridicule, to humiliate, to insult, and to disturb the sleep of a 70-year-old white male who they all say has a disability. It indicates the misguided priorities of police mechanisms in Massachusetts where the economy is dominated by education and Harvard University dominates education. What role does Harvard University play in setting police priorities? Harvard University, state and local government officials remain silent about 30 years of wholesale Boston FBI corruption with 60 charged or admitted murders by FBI informants while local and state police, state and US prosecutors looked the other way. Is that what is taught at the $32 billion endowed former training school for ministers?

But it also raises the question about the bona fides of the city and the state (both dominated by Harvard University affiliates) regarding their opposition to bullying. How does taxpayer funded programs fighting bullying extend to Harvard campus cops and their employees, and to Harvard Medical School graduate students in psychology who torment and harass a 70-year-old white male who they say has a disability. Is this one more example imitating Obama who says one thing and does the opposite?

Does this indicate the extent to which Harvard University employees, students and faculty prey on vulnerable persons in and around their campus?
