Government Surveillance

[From article]
"After 9/11, the White House promised to build a super computer that would track every email, cell phone call and bank transaction in order to prevent the next attack.

But when the details of the new program -- called "Total Information Awareness (TIA)" -- leaked out, Congress was forced to cancel the program because it seemed so Orwellian and ripe for abuse."

Media Hype Ignores Basic Problems of Economy

[From article]
"Here's a quick rundown of what we know, or think we know, is going on in Washington this week: Democrats and Republicans have yet to reach a deal to raise the nation's $14.3 trillion debt limit.
[. . .]
Tim Geithner already used trick accounting a couple of months ago when he started borrowing from government workers' pension funds.
[. . .]
First, nothing that's being done in Washington right now will help the economy grow.
[. . .]
the ultimate result will be an economy growing slower than it currently is and more people unemployed.
[. . .]
If there is no agreement soon or Washington looks incompetent (a line that we've probably already passed) interest rates will likely rise, maybe swiftly, and stock prices are going to fall. Those are the market realities.

US Companies Doing Business With Iran

[From article]
"It's past time for US policymakers to at least acknowledge Iran's war with our nation and adopt appropriate policies and laws -- especially when it comes to the international business community and its all-too-convenient blinders.
[. . .]
While some companies, such as Caterpillar and Terex, have voluntarily and commendably pulled out of Iran, such multinationals as Nokia, Nissan and Honeywell continue their business there. And even as they enrich a regime engaged in killing Americans, these corporations benefit from US federal and state contracts worth billions."

US Is Already Over the Debt Limit

[From article]
"According to everything you've heard, the US will reach its borrowing limit next Tuesday, or maybe the Tuesday after that, or the one after that -- depending on which clown you are paying attention to.
Well, here's news for you -- we are already over the limit and through the ceiling.
[. . .]
But as of July 25 -- which was this past Monday -- the nation's "total public debt outstanding" was $14.343 trillion. If you don't believe me, look it up at treasurydirect.gov/NP/BPDLogin?application=np.
[. . .]
Of that $14.34 trillion in debt, $4.6 trillion is intergovernmental loans -- mostly borrowings from Social Security.
[. . .]
Nothing Washington will do on the debt limit, whether it's spending cuts or tax increases, is going to help the econ omy. In fact, it'll do the opposite. You can't lay off government work ers or raise taxes without the economy slowing.

AU Protects Food Aid In Somalia

[From article]
"The al-Shabab militants already have killed men who tried to escape the famine with their families, saying it is better to starve than accept help from the West.
[. . .]
In the past, the militants have blocked aid workers from helping those in need in Somalia, fearing that foreign assistance would undermine their control.
[. . .]
Somalia has been mired in conflict since 1991 when long time dictator Siad Barre was overthrown by warlords who then turned on each other. Good Argument, Unsupported Conclusion

Cogent argument that politics, ideas and books do not cause violence. But irrational unsupported conclusion that mental illness caused the violence. Most people accused of mental illness, like most "normal" people are harmless law abiding individuals. Suggesting that mental illness causes violence shows a bias as intense as that of any stereotype. Two groups appear after every heinous crime. One blames political interests for the crime. The other blames mental illness. Neither makes sense. Evil exists and people justify their crimes for many reasons. If mental illness causes crime why does this become an issue only after a person commits a violent crime? Why not allow psychiatrists with their made up illnesses to decide who should remain free and who belongs in jail? Unlike criminal court actions psychiatry has no due process protections. Communists, Nazis and control freaks love psychiatry for that reason alone. The essay begins well but has an illogical conclusion.

[From article]
"according to the website religionofpeace.com, Islam has been the motivation behind 17,498 acts of international terrorism since 9/11 to the present? That is a rate four-to-five each day, every day for almost ten years. Can any other group, save perhaps Mexican drug cartels, boast such a steady stream of violence against so many innocents? That bloody fact remains … Norway notwithstanding.
[. . .]
I pray that the free speech warriors of the left do not fall down their familiar rabbit hole of hypocrisy by giving any credence beyond mental illness to this Norwegian’s vile actions. The dead of Oslo and Utoya Island deserve better than to be used as a pawn to advance a political agenda."

CA Approves Funds for Illegal Aliens

Funny how public officials spend other people's money. When I was a first year law student, I ran out of money to pay my rent and expenses. I petitioned the dean for funding. He told me in 1970 before affirmative action was institutionalized that if I was black or Hispanic he could give me money but I wasn't and he couldn't. I saw students whose parents were doctors and professionals getting funding. But since I was paying my own way and was white I got nothing. As liberal icon JFK said, "Life is not fair." So why do politicians and homosexuals demand fairness? Why only for them and not white citizens too? Now they give taxpayer funds to illegal aliens. Of course this article says it is private. But today words have little meaning so private can also be taxpayer money.

Dancing In The Rain

Dancing In The Rain
[What kind of person wrote this? See answer below.]

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's
arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 AM.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over
an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound.

On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the
needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's
appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.

The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to
the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her
health.

He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim
of Alzheimer's Disease.

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.

He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized
him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, "And you still go every
morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?"

He smiled as he patted my hand and said, "She doesn't
know me, but I still know who she is."

I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and
thought, "That is the kind of love I want in my life."

True love is neither physical, nor romantic.

True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not
be.

The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they
just make the best of everything they have.

Life isn't about how to survive the storm,
But how to dance in the rain.

Homosexuals Abuse Due Process Protections

[Latest comment]
So is this the situation with regard to New York State approving same sex marriage? The most corrupt state government in the history of New York approved same sex marriage. The homosexual lobby wants the rest of us, sinners and breeders alike, to believe that the New York state government passed this law based on civil rights? Ahem! Where is that bridge you want me to buy?

[Initial comment]
Due Process violations are pervasive in the methods the Homosexual Lobby uses to obtain their way with same sex marriage. In Massachusetts the state constitution declares that matters of marriage are to be left to the Governor and the legislature. The state Supreme Judicial Court decision which used the state constitution's equal protection clause to legalize same sex marriage is flawed. My several written reports to state officials and journalists were simply ignored. It appears that homosexuals control government mechanisms and selectively use laws for their own purposes. This is life imitating art--Animal Farm.

[reply from kenwhite]
kenwhite
What do you care who marries whom? Why is it any of your business? Why do you care about other people's marriages? What's wrong with you? Get what is called a life.

[My Reply to kenwhite]
Nothing wrong with me. Some fascists have problems with free expression. Nothing new there. Intolerant control freaks lack respect for others and their rights. If you don't extend the right to free speech to others with whom you disagree in public discourse try Iran. You'll like it there. When inarticulate readers have no rational argument they always resort to personal attacks, the first rule of propaganda. You show your lack of reason. Wahhhhh.

[reply from kenwhite]
Did I once say you're not entitled to your opinion. My questions still stand, most importantly, why do you care who marries whom? I could care less if two guys or two girls want to get married. If they're consenting adults and want to commit to each other formally and before our government, its no skin off my teeth. It won't affect my marriage, it won't affect yours (assuming you're married) and it won't affect anyone's. You're entitled to your opinion, but actually going out and working toward denying others the right to marry is just plain wrong. For the millionth time on various threads, if a person wants to marry someone who wants to marry them, neither you, me or anyone has the right to tell them no. What is so hard to understand about that? Can't Americans live their lives and enjoy their liberties? Can't they pursue happiness?

[my reply to kenwhite]
You are so used to being intolerant that you consider normal, accusing someone who disagrees with you of being defective. "What's wrong with you?" you ask. My reply is what's wrong with you? Why are you more likely a resident of Iran? You do not respect others who disagree with you. You believe you are right and anyone who disagrees is wrong or perhaps insane, or evil, stupid for sure. Liberal graduates of Ivy League colleges argue like that, using personal attacks. Do you know what a personal attack is? I see the pattern in your other posts mocking religious people. You show your hatred for religions too. You may be the one who is wrong, evil, stupid and insane. I never mentioned concerns about marriage. You show your lack of understanding of the notion of constitutional rights which apply to everyone not just homosexuals. The right to practice a religion that says your beliefs are wrong is a guaranteed right. Mocking that religion shows hatred and intolerance. Aren't you proud? What is wrong with you? You say no one has the right to deny the right to marry. There is no such right. Marriage is a privilege, not a right. What is wrong with you? State laws say a brother and sister cannot marry. A mother cannot marry her son. A father cannot marry his daughter. A man cannot marry a horse. In many states two people of the same sex cannot marry. What you say is a right is illegal in some states. Do you know the difference?

[Reply from kenwhite]
Again, marrying animals.Animals can't consent to marriage. As for religion, when people bring that up in these cases they show a woeful lack of knowledge about America. They don't seem to realize that religious law does not trump civil law. In other words, just because something goes against a particular religion does not mean that it can't become legal here. A lot of people delude themselves into thinking that America is a Christian nation. Well, it isn't and never has been and never will be. It is a nation of people who practice many faiths and not one of those faiths holds dominion over civil code, civil law. And when people like Jim DeMint say the want more God in government they are just plain stupid. You mention Iran. Well, DeMint should look there for an example of what happens when religion and government jump into bed together. Most of my friends are conservatives Christians and one is a pastor himself. Even he doesn't stick his nose into other people's marriages. Now, as for moms and dads marrying kids and the other stuff, that is a common tactic. That is, take the uncommon and unlikely and apply it to the more common as an example as to why it should not be allowed. By your logic, guns shouldn't be sold to citizens because they can be used to kill people. Nice try but it doesn't work. You're entitled to your opinion and I never said you weren't. But people who go out and stick their noses into other people's rights and other people's marriages and bedrooms are disgusting. Ain't none of your business who marries whom and it ain't none of mine. The only reason I comment on it is because gays are being denied their civil rights and I can't stand that. I would have been complaining if I were around when women wanted the vote or when African Americans were seeking their civil rights.

[my reply to kenwhite]
Your argument: I want the government to give me something, therefore it is my right to have it. All homosexuals and useful idiots join me. We are victims and morally superior to those who do not want to let us have what we want. Therefore they are wrong and we the superior homosexuals are right. They are evil and we are good. They are insane and we are sane. They are bigots and we are victims of bigotry. Corrupt politicians accept your campaign contributions and pass laws contrary to constitutional protections for all citizens, even homosexuals, to cater to your money. How is what the homosexual lobby does different from what the arms merchants, the drug companies and the insurance companies do? Homosexuals are an elitist interest group, gaming the corrupt political system, which focuses only on helping homosexuals. Non homosexuals are attacked as haters, and breeders. Good for you assisting the division of Americans into two warring camps. Keep it up. How many homosexuals are in the country? How many breeders?

Journalists, Lawyers, Useful Idiots Saying Insanity is Cause of Killings

Amateur psychiatrists are already blaming mental illness for the killing of 73 Norwegians. Psychiatrists promote moral relativism trying to eliminate evil and to make criminals out of persons accused of mental illness. It is all about increasing business for the human services industry enabled by useful idiot journalists and lawyers. It is bad enough that courts deny legal access to constitutional rights for persons accused of mental illness. But journalists demonize these people who are mostly harmless law abiding individuals.

City Official Blocks 2 Disabled Parking Spaces, Attacks Man Trying To Use One

Here are allegations of a pervasive national pattern -- public officials are the most egregious abusers of persons with disabilities. Often it is employees of discrimination agencies who refuse to prosecute unlawful disability bias. It explains why persons with disabilities remain excluded from mainstream America, while members of other vulnerable groups now enjoy prosperity. In this case it is a Planning Board member, a constable and a hotel manager all in one. What a charming guy.

[From article]
"A Fairhaven Planning Board member was charged with impersonating a cop and assaulting a man who uses a cane in a dispute over a handicapped parking spot.
Fairhaven police said it started Friday night at the Seaport Inn and Marina, where Joseph Morra, an elected board member who is a constable and the hotel’s manager, had parked his car to take up two handicap parking spots, though he has no special plate or placard.
When a disabled man could not park his own vehicle, he took pictures of the car in the spot, police said. Morra flashed a badge, started swearing, poked the man in the chest and shoved him, police said. The victim was taking Morra’s picture with his cell phone when Morra knocked it to the ground, breaking it into pieces, cops said."

Dem Fund Raising Encourages Divisions

[From article]
"These action campaigns, which are praised with phrases like “grassroots participation in the political process,” are a form of what James Madison called “pure democracy,” in opposition with the representative democracy of our small-R republican government. Madison wrote in Federalist 10 about the danger of a minority faction controlling a pure democracy: “such [direct] democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property.” Exhibit A: The Take Back Wisconsin campaign emphasized by ActBlue; the demonstrations in Madison were profoundly un-democratic—more like thuggish mob rule. Rather than accept the wishes of the Wisconsin electorate, unelected groups outside Wisconsin pour money into recall movements to overturn the vote.
One could contrast this activity with the Tea Party--another grassroots movement that encourages citizens to join the political process. The Tea Party however does not occupy state houses and threaten legislators. Rather it seeks to nominate candidates and to influence elected representatives."

Hospitals Much More Dangerous Than Flying

[From article]
"If you were admitted to hospital tomorrow in any country... your chances of being subjected to an error in your care would be something like 1 in 10. Your chances of dying due to an error in health care would be 1 in 300," Liam Donaldson, the WHO's newly appointed envoy for patient safety, told a news briefing.
This compared with a risk of dying in an air crash of about 1 in 10 million passengers, according to Donaldson, formerly England's chief medical officer.

History of Scientology, Book Review

[From review]
""He would use his mind, in other words, to repair his soul. And soon, he would show others how to use their own minds to do exactly the same thing."

His "scientific" alternative to psychotherapy required only a partner, several "auditing" sessions and an investment in his book,

Increasingly isolated in his last years, he ceded control to David Miscavige, one of his young lieutenants. Reitman depicts Miscavige, who has spent his entire life within the organization, as highly adept at intimidation. Lacking Hubbard's gift for reinventing Scientology to suit the times, Miscavige has focused on buying real estate and recruiting celebrities."

Obama's Talking to Himself

[From article]
"When he speaks on the debt negotiations, he is not only extremely boring, with airy and bromidic language—really they are soul-killing, his talking points—but he never seems to be playing it straight. He always seems to be finagling, playing the angles in some higher game that only he gets. In two and a half years he has reached the point that took George W. Bush five years to reach: People aren't listening anymore.

Billions Lost in Iraq

[From article]
"As of November of last year, US taxpayers spent over $900 billion on the Iraq War. Of that, $9 billion has gone missing or is unaccounted for, along with $549.7 million in spare parts and 190,000 guns.
[. . .]
In 2003, the US sent $2.4 billion in pallets of cash to Iraq via a C-130 cargo plane, followed by other such flights, carryng a total of $6.6 billion. Astoundingly, all of the money went missing, and last June, the US and Iraqi governments said they’d been unsuccessful in tracking any of it down and were closing the case.
[. . .]
This past Wednesday, an audit published by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction said that the US can’t account for all of the $70 billion sent to Afghanistan throughout the now 10-year-old war and found both countries to blame.
[. . .]
no amount of military might or peaceful propaganda could compete for the allegiance of Iraqi citizens the way the US dollar could.
[. . .]
It was, and remains, common for multiple contracts to be given to different companies for the same job. “One school can be painted three times,”
[. . .]
“In that culture, it’s about blood money,” Whiteley says. A slain child has degrees of value, depending on how many wives a man has, how many children, and the ratio of males to females. (A dead boy is worth more than a girl.) A killing during an ambush also raises the price.
[. . .]
“The guys from the CIA and other spook agencies said, ‘You guys aren’t authorized to have informants.’ ”

Homelessness is Big Business

[An edited version of this letter was published in the New York Post on Sunday July 31, 2011 here

http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/letters/big_homeless_sLzFfEbyk4fDNmuA2moTsO

The federal government creates procedures not to end homelessness, but to allow businessmen to acquire taxpayer funds. US Department of Housing and Urban Development issues guidelines for local communities to get grants to address homelessness. They are required to submit a plan to end homelessness in ten years. In Cambridge MA the City created a committee to create a plan. Fifty people, citizens, politicians and bureaucrats met several times and came up with a plan. They submitted the plan to HUD. The city got the money then allocated it to provide goods and services to persons without homes. They waste the money funding one room hotel units for families. The motel owners make good money. It costs more than an apartment would cost the taxpayers. But business is business even when human lives are the commodity.

[From article]
"the Department of Homeless Services. DHS spends $98.50 a day — $3,000 a month — per single adult in shelters. For families, that figure is even higher. So in 2009, the Bowery Residents Committee, the “nonprofit” behind the Chelsea shelter, took in more than $24 million in government contracts, not counting $6 million in Medicaid checks, $6 million in “program service fees” and $1.5 million in “other grants.”
[. . .]
In Houston, for instance, a room at a shelter is costing taxpayers $3,340 per month even though a two-bedroom apartment goes for an average of $743.
[. . .]
Rosenblatt was an official in the Department of Homeless Services starting in the Koch administration and stayed there until 1999, rising to the level of acting commissioner.

Now he cashes DHS checks he used to write. Powered by your money, the carousel of Big Homelessness goes round and round."

Response to Terror in Norway as in USA Targets Freedom

One police official said on camera that Norway is a peaceful and open nation where the Prime Minster walks from his home to his office. He added that will end now. Just as in the USA the response to terror is to eliminate freedoms. Eventually there will be none left in the name of ending violence. Why is there so little recognition among police leadership that their mission is to protect freedom not to eliminate it?

College Administrators Target Campus Sex

[From article]
"A new mandate from the federal Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights forces all universities that get federal funding to judge claims of sexual assault using a "preponderance of the evidence" standard -- the lowest standard of proof, at about 50.01 percent certainty.
[. . .]
Plus, the campus panel that heard the case had been "trained" using documents boldly proclaiming that "everyone should be very, very cautious in accepting a man's claim that he has been wrongly accused of abuse or violence" and that one indication of an abuser is that he will "act persuasive and logical."
[. . .]
What's more, these absurd definitions of consent and reduced due-process protections in sexual-assault cases reek of sexist assumptions -- that women are so weak that a drop of alcohol negates our ability to make choices, that we're incapable of living as equals in a free and fair society."

Woman Survives Rape and Attempted Murder by Former Marine

Brutal story about a young California woman who miraculously survived a rape and attempted murder by a former Marine, Andrew Urdiales. He admitted killing eight other women, five in California and three in Chicago where he lived with his parents. At no time did police have him under surveillance until they were able to find a gun he owned which police seized in Illinois. The gun linked him to three murders. While this was going on police and FBI informants not only watched me 24/7 but actively harassed me and assassinated my character. For 40 years beginning in 1970 when I was a student in law school, government criminals conducted a political and personal campaign to destroy my career and reputation. In 2011 Harvard University employees coordinate the continuing campaign with young police sociopaths who enjoy attacking the remaining carcass of a human being. This is current police priorities. James "Whitey" Bulger, on trial in July 2011, is accused of 19 homicides while working for the FBI. He was a fugitive for 16 years living in upscale Santa Monica CA. A young Norwegian man wearing a police uniform killed up to 73 persons in Norway. Neither were watched by police. The FBI and police watch harmless citizens to cover up government abuses, not dangerous criminals.

Judge Threatens Clerk Over Pledge and Prayer

[From article]
"As county clerk, Nichols keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the Commissioners Court, which are held before an audience and begin with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. While Nichols was away attending a county clerk training conference on June 13, the Commissioners Court voted to remove the invocation from the minutes of a previous meeting. Why? Nichols said that County Judge Sterling Lacy told her that he “didn’t want some group like the ACLU to come in and sue.” They removed the Pledge of Allegiance from the minutes also.

According to Red Flame Wire, last Monday Lacy tried to spin the removal of the Pledge and the prayer from the minutes to lessen his own responsibility for their removal, whereupon Nichols got angry and interrupted, telling him: “But you’re lying.” And he was. “It was Lacy,” says Red Flame Wire, “and three other members of the court who voted to remove the Pledge and Prayer from the records from a June 13th meeting in which Nichols was out of town. Nichols refused to do so. There is one problem for Lacy, it was caught on tape.”

China Tests Electronic Weapons

No discussion of less powerful anti personnel electromagnetic weapons being used for harassment, crowd control, and to disable individual humans and their personal computers. Five states have laws regulating such weapons. Local police remain negligently trained, cannot or will not stop criminal use of high tech weapons. Police pretend they are unaware of their use. Police employees, FBI informants, and various sociopaths love to torment others and to interfere with computer transmissions contrary to law. US law carries $2 million fine for use with no enforcement when individuals are victims. Corporations and government agencies have institutional protections with varying efficacy. Individuals have no defense available.

[From article]
"China’s electronic weapons are part of what are called “trump card” or “assassin’s mace” weapons that “are based on new technology that has been developed in high secrecy.”
[. . .]
According to the report, China conducted EMP tests on mice, rats, rabbits, dogs and monkeys that produced eye, brain, bone marrow and other organ injuries. It stated that “it is clear the real purpose of the Chinese medical experiments is to learn the potential human effects of exposure to powerful EMP and [high-powered microwave] radiation.”
The tests did not appear designed for “anti-personnel [radio frequency] weapons” because of the limited amounts of radiation used.
However, the report said another explanation is that the Chinese tests may have been research “intended primarily for torturing prisoners,” or the tests may have been conducted to determine safety or shielding standards for military personnel or weapons.

Three Presidents

THREE PRESIDENTS (both parties)...

with the strength to do what was right

for AMERICA

No one in either party today has the courage to do this.
Three Presidents...

What did Presidents Hoover, Truman, & Eisenhower have in common?

During the great depression, Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.

Harry Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.

In 1954, Dwight Eisenhower deported 13-M Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback. It was done so WWII & Korean veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took two years, but they deported them!

Now, if they could deport the illegal aliens back then, they could sure do it today.

Why can't they do this today? Hoover, Truman, & Eisenhower were men of honor, not untrustworthy politicians pandering for votes!

Obama Cancels Day of Prayer, Prays With Muslims

In 1952 President Truman established one day a year as a "National Day of Prayer."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In 1988 President Reagan designated the First Thursday in May of each year as the National Day of Prayer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In June 2007 (then) Presidential Candidate Barack Obama declared that the USA "Was no longer a Christian nation."

---------------------------------------------------------------

This year President Obama canceled the 21st annual National Day of Prayer ceremony at the White House under the ruse of "not wanting to offend anyone."

------------------------------------------------------------------------

BUT on September 25, 2009 from 4 AM until 7 PM, a National Day of Prayer FOR THE MUSLIM RELIGION was held on Capitol Hill, beside the White House. There were over 50,000 Muslims in D.C. that day.

Squeezing The Taxpayer

An emergency evaluation with no treatment? No wonder it was difficult to get an appointment. If it is not an emergency what is the hurry? Depressed people can read a funny book, eat ice cream, cake, and candy, and see a funny movie while they wait. By that time they may no longer be depressed. Having an emotion is not a mental illness as psychiatrists believe. This is one more effort to squeeze more taxpayer money for the psychiatric industry and the human services industry.

[From article]
"Researchers at Cambridge Health Alliance and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center called 64 mental health facilities within a 10-mile radius of downtown Boston. They posed as patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance who were evaluated for depression at emergency departments and discharged with instructions to get a psychiatric appointment within two weeks.
The researchers say just four facilities could accommodate an appointment that soon."

MA Courts Are Thoroughly Polluted

At least he has a lawyer working to free him of the conviction. After I complained about police harassment, Cambridge police arrested me and held me for three months. Police Use License Plate Scanners

Once government gathers information, it is shortly available to criminals. No government is free of corruption in this century. Being in digital form makes it easier for criminals to obtain. This is a less invasive technology than what is being used currently by police, FBI informants (i.e., criminals), and crime families to monitor law abiding civilians even in their homes. The police either pretend to be unaware of the problem or they do not know how to stop the abuses. In either case they are negligently trained.

"America isn't walking into a mine field; it is already deep within the field and in mortal peril of having freedom as we know it perish from the earth. Liberty, after all, is a relatively new experiment in humanity having been around a scant 250 years of several thousand years of human history. In fact dictatorship, autocracy, and tyranny are the norm. The problem with America right now is that people are too anesthetized by the latest reality TV show, celebrity trial, or sex scandal to pay attention to the fact that their freedoms are being stripped from them one at a time. The only hope is for America to finally wake up and return to the libertarian principles that founded the nation.

George W. Bush speech after capture of Saddam Hussein:
The success of yesterday's mission is a tribute to our men and women now serving in Iraq.
The operation was based on the superb work of intelligence analysts who found the
dictator's footprints in a vast country. The operation was carried out with skill and precision by a brave fighting force. Our servicemen and women and our coalition allies have faced many dangers in the hunt for members of the fallen regime, and in their effort to bring hope and freedom to the Iraqi people. Their work continues, and so do the risks. Today, on behalf of the nation, I thank the members of our Armed Forces and I congratulate 'them.

Barack Hussein Obama speech, Sunday, May 1, 2011:
And so shortly after taking office, I directed Leon Panetta, the director of the CIA, to make the
killing or capture of bin Laden the top priority of our war against al Qaeda, even as I continued our broader efforts to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat his network.
Then, last August, after years of painstaking work by my intelligence community, I was briefed on a possible lead to bin Laden. It was far from certain, and it took many months to run this thread to ground. I met repeatedly with my national security team as we developed more information about the possibility that we had located bin Laden hiding within a compound deep inside of Pakistan. And finally, last week, I determined that I had enough intelligence to take action, and I authorized an operation to get Osama bin Laden and bring him to justice.
Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Storming Las Vegas

Just finished reading this exciting book. Some say the film Scarface starring Al Pacino as a Cuban drug dealer in Miami is about Jose Vigoa, the subject of the book. But the film omits his training as a Russian special forces officer, his command in Afghanistan and Angola, and more importantly his attacks on Las Vegas casinos. He is currently in prison in northern Nevada.

Film About Crime in Italy

Informative film about deaths of Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellini in Sicily and the aftermath. Includes scenes from the Maxi Trials of 344 defendants; the war between Palermo families and the Corleonesi. 70 year-old photographer Leitizia Battaglia helps narrate. Giuseppe Ayala: "The mafia is an organic part of the Italian political system." Silvio Berlusconi current Italian Prime Minister says, to want to be a magistrate is "to be mentally disturbed." One comment reveals that the crime families are not concerned with left or right politics. They are only concerned with power and who has it. Rosaria Scifani, a widow of one of the many murder victims, says that the government cannot be trusted to protect them from the crime families. Sounds just like the United States.

Exposing Black Racism

Individual rights and responsibilities are American values. Collectivism was imported from socialist countries and think tanks. Racism, sexism, homophobia are socialist propaganda tactics to divide Americans. Oleg Kalugin, chief KGB agent in the US, revealed the goal of dividing Americans. They did a great job. It was perhaps the Frankfort School In Germany which first proposed political correctness. That was adopted by socialists and added to collectivism.

[From article]
"Collective guilt is a notion that is so laser-focused on race, it is actually racist.
It's also anti-God because no legitimate religion preaches culpability based on race or gender. According to Hinduism and Buddhism, we each reap what we sow karmically. Christians and Jews believe in individual accountability for sins on Judgment Day."

You argue with morons? Harvard University academics may be in a self deluded atmosphere above ordinary humans, but legally it is a private not for profit corporation with for profit divisions. Why do elitists use personal attacks when they are confronted with unpleasant facts? Being in Cambridge Massachusetts, one may understand why Harvard academics believe they are a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Controlling as they do the Executive, the Judiciary, much of the Legislature, in additon to the local city goverment of lap dogs Harvard academics see themselves as master public officials keeping clear of the dreaded private sector. With a President who shares that view of the world private becomes public and upside down is right side up. Welcome to the Harvard in Wonderland world of words mean what I want them to mean.

realsleep Replying to menckenlite

Sorry, but --- Marc Hauser's research was funded in large part by the federal government. Many of his graduate students and postdocs were likewise paid 100% of their salary by the government.
So, in a very real sense, he worked for the government. And this is why even a private university is not quite the same as a private company. There are faculty at Harvard Medical School who draw a majority of their pay from government grants.

menckenlite Replying to realsleep

Harvard get millions in research money from taxpayers. One year it was $460 million from the NSF alone. Obtaining research grant money is big business. Rainmakers are rewarded and given wide latitude within their institutions. Researchers do not become employees of the taxpayer when using their money. Contrary to the high standards of most graduate student researchers some researchers believe they are above the laws and that the benefits of their research outweighs any harm to individuals (the defense used by the Nazi doctors at the Nuremberg trials). Harvard has three IRBs and sends one letter of assurance to the NIH each year promising to obey all US research laws (Title 45 CFR 46) for all their research. US officials whose mission is to ensure compliance take Harvard at its word in their letter. They demand evidence of wrongdoing from the human subjects harmed. When it comes to Harvard and their researchers there is no compelling reason to comply with the laws. There are no consequences. Under law Harvard would lose all of its taxpayer research grants from one violation of the laws.

● Lives in a home that is in good repair, not crowded, and equipped with air conditioning, clothes washer and dryer, and cable or satellite TV service.

● Prepares meals in a kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave as well as oven and stove.

● Enjoys two color TVs, a DVD player, VCR and — if children are there — an Xbox, PlayStation, or other video game system.

● Had enough money in the past year to meet essential needs, including adequate food and medical care."

Non Profit Corruption

Same thing goes on in Massachusetts with no media scrutiny.

[From article]
"Here’s how it works: Legislative leaders dole out cash to their members in return for loyalty, support and votes. The members, in turn, toss the cash around in their districts to buy political backing. That’s corrupt enough.

But lawmakers increasingly steer the money to “nonprofit” groups that they, their relatives and/or their friends control. That makes the whole practice — both in Albany and at City Hall — just another way for pols to line their own pockets and those of friends and family."

Texas Hold 'Em Bluff Against Nothing

[From article]
"The first principle of poker is not to give any indication that you're bluffing. Presi dent Obama violated it at one of the increasingly farcical White House meetings on the debt ceiling. He reportedly left the confab with a warning to Republicans: "Don't call my bluff."
[. . .]
The paralysis in the House means Obama can beat nothing with nothing. His nothing is made up of phantom spending cuts that he's never compelled to reveal but that he takes credit for proposing in negotiations. Free of any obligation to put them on paper, let alone get them scored by the Congressional Budget Office, he can pose as the most regal of fiscal hawks.

Cheating Allows Students To Pass Standard Tests

[From article]
"for 10 years, hundreds of Atlanta public school teachers and principals changed answers on state tests in one of the largest cheating scandals in U.S. history, according to a scathing 413-page investigative report released Tuesday by Georgia Gov. The Detroit Free Press and USA Today (3/8/2011) released an investigative report that found higher-than-average erasure rates on tests taken by students at 34 schools in and around Detroit in 2008 and 2009. Overall, their report "found 304 schools where experts say the gains on standardized tests in 2009-10 are so statistically improbable, they merit further investigation. Besides Michigan, the other states (where suspected cheating was found) were Ohio, Arizona, Colorado, Florida and California." A Dallas Morning News investigation reported finding high rates of test erasures in Texas."

Police Ignore Black Racism

Ah, yes and if it was the the other way around Al Sharpton would be in front of FBI headquarters demanding a civil rights probe and reparations. For 35 years one black racist FBI informant (now called witness protection) has stalked me and slandered me. No one in local state or US offices would act and ignored my repeated complaints. On one occasion local police arrested me after my complaint and held me for three months. I fired seven lawyers who were paid to not put on a defense. They all worked for black police. Racism, black racism, is alive, well and encouraged by liberal government officials under Obama and Holder, and their acolytes in the media.

Lawyer Politicians Promote More Controversies

Lawyers want more litigation. In most states elected officials who are lawyers dominate legislatures, executive branches and especially the judiciary. From self interest these politicians write laws that increase the number of disputes. Stirring up controversies makes for more business, just as the psychiatric industry does persuading everyone that all criminals are mentally ill, and thus all persons accused of mental illness are criminals too. Illogical? Yes, but when does that matter for legislation?

"The media dare not show you the entirety of her speeches, because Palin is a passionate, well-spoken, and thoroughly polished speaker who knows what it is that she believes, and why she believes it.
[. . .]
The opening gives you a taste of the sort of attacks Palin has come under, many of which the media has not reported. Prepare to feel shame at what's been done. Steady yourself for the sadness at the realization of what's been done to this woman and her family. Know that it will anger you to see the litany of four-letter harangues and threats aimed at Palin. For a parent, in an emotional sense, it's a bit like watching helplessly as your own daughter is violently assaulted. If it doesn't get a rise out of you, you're likely dead inside, and this movie isn't for you."

[From article]
The Sarah Palin I deeply appreciate, the accomplished, effective and popular citizen of Alaska, was the highest rated U.S. Governor in the history of Gallup polling, one who maintained statewide favorability ratings that exceeded 80% during both 2007 and 2008. She actually enjoyed an Alaska voter approval rating of 88% on the very August day in 2008 she was selected as the Republican party's vice presidential candidate. Her life is remarkably extraordinary, yet one our traditional media refuses to tell.
[. . .]
It will awaken the senses for those previously unconvinced of exactly how the modern day "progressive" movement comfortably uses lies, ridicule, false narratives and intellectual laziness to mislead their audiences. This movie delivers a massive body blow to the media, it dilutes the effectiveness of liberal scare tactics and will vaccinate millions against infection from traditional "news" reporting.

Former Murdoch Chief Arrested

The cozy relationship between journalists and politicians exists as sordidly in the USA as in the UK. What is discouraging is the way that the ACLU now works with police and the FBI instead of protecting civilians from government abuses. The ACLU and major news facilities have become advocates for liberals and socialists. They use propaganda to deceive and to mislead civilians.

[From article]
"On Sunday she showed up for a prearranged meeting with London police investigating the hacking and was arrested. She questioned on suspicion of conspiring to intercept communications — phone hacking — and on suspicion of corruption, which relates to bribing police for information.

Brooks' spokesman, David Wilson, said police contacted her Friday to arrange a meeting and she voluntarily went "to assist with their ongoing investigation." He claimed that Brooks did not know she was going to be arrested.

Hours after Brooks' arrest, Stephenson said he was resigning as commissioner of London's force because of "speculation and accusations" about his links to Neil Wallis, a former News of the World executive editor who was arrested last week in the scandal. Wallis worked for the London police as a part-time PR consultant for a year until September 2010."

UK Hacking Scandal

One report I read alleged that when the voice mail box of "murdered 13-year-old Milly Dowler" was full the hackers deleted some so that they could hear more. In the 1990s before I settled into an apartment after many years of moving, I used a voice mail system. I knew that someone was deleting voice mails but had no way of proving it. Police treated me as if I was imagining this. Twenty years later the police remain negligently trained to stop high tech criminal abuses. They either are participants pretending that it does not happen or they are clueless. In either case they are useless to stop criminal abuses of civilians. When police and the FBI are criminals where does one go to get relief and protection from government criminals?

Without ATF knowledge the FBI paid at least six criminals to run guns to Mexico, in the name of good, learning how they were smuggled. One hidden agenda of the FBI in Boston was to eliminate the Italian American crime families to give Irish criminals a monopoly on crime in Boston. Now the FBI was helping to smuggle guns to Mexico. Was their hidden agenda there to extend the Irish criminal empire to Mexico? The FBI is run by homosexuals since its formation under the closet case J. Edgar Hoover. How much FBI government influence was used to advance the homosexual agenda across the nation? The homosexual lobby now runs the state government in Massachusetts, the city government in Cambridge MA, and several state court systems. When will there be a will to investigate institutionalized criminal abuses of power by the FBI? Using informants, FBI agents conducted 40 years of character assassination, unconscionable exploitation (using me for 15 years, to fight crime without pay, then allowing the crime families to retaliate for 25 years), theft of money and intellectual property (personal journals stolen and sold to local police and crime families). Voters and taxpayers lack interest in multiple homicides by the Boston FBI. They couldn't care less about 40 years of less than lethal criminal abuses in three states.
