This was the day when the DNC took delegates Hillary Clinton won in Michigan away from her and handed them to Obama (despite the fact he wasn’t even on the primary ballot in that state, because he removed his name when his campaign realized he’d come in third in that race).

I’m still registered as a Democrat here in Chicago [. . .] but I can’t imagine ever voting for another Democrat again, as long as I live. To Hell with Democrats. This was solidified for me on Christmas Eve of last year, when Democrats rushed Obamacare through the Senate in the dead of night, through various secret channels, and every single Democrat voted for its passage (even supposed moderates like Evan Bayh in Indiana, who quickly realized his vote would cost him re-election…so the coward retired rather then face angry voters over what he did). I just don’t believe Democrats should be given elected office by voters because they cannot be trusted to even read bills before they vote on them, not even when said bills seek to permanently alter the entire American economy. This is reckless and reprehensible to the point of treason.

The media has never talked about this. I don’t remember ever hearing you talk about it. But one of the biggest reasons the Democrats are in the trouble they’re in right now is because of how frequently the Left and the media (one and the same, really) called anyone who opposed Obama a RAAACIST.

This came straight from the top, from Obama himself. Both he and his wife Michelle called the Clintons racists. Obama’s surrogates like James Clyburne, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, John Lewis, and others called Geraldine Ferraro, Madeline Albright, and others racists. The Obamas toxified the South Carolina primary, in particular, with foul race-baiting and turned North Carolina and Indiana into racial powder kegs by ramping up accusations that anyone not supporting Obama was a vile racist that needed to be pounded into the ground.

Democrats, by being so shameless and aggressive with the voter fraud in 2008 have opened too many eyes for us to ever go back to pretending that fraud and corrupt practices aren’t the hallmark of the Democrat Party.

Fitzgerald laments the double standard regarding the way MA journalists treat Democratic politicians versus Republican politicians. Why do politicians get an excuse after a criminal abuse, while ordinary civilians get no pass? After filing a complaint about criminal police abuses, police arrested a MA civilian. Seven court-appointed taxpayer funded lawyers were paid a second time by the criminals who arranged the police frame-up to not put on any defense. 20 years later the same person is still harassed by police for that arrest. NY State GLBT Task Force spokesman said, "If there were more gay and lesbian officers this would not have happened. Gay cops do not shoot black football players." Police spokesman says "We do not discriminate. We shoot anyone who upsets us--white, black, gay, breeder--we don't care. We just shoot them. Let God sort them out."

Fund Raising Letter From the DA

This appears to be a fund-raising letter from the District Attorney whining for more taxpayer money. It is propaganda not a balanced presentation of how the courts work. He omits inconvenient facts. It is another example of a one-party state government that keeps the herd bewildered (as Noam Chomsky would say). With no opposition to challenge what is alleged to be facts, the DA makes his case on partial information. How much money spent by local and state police departments is excluded from the funding statistics? Do defense counsel have police doing investigations for them? The District Attorney for Middlesex failed to discuss the quality of counsel provided by prosecutors and defense. How many Assistant DAs abuse their power using threats to force settlements? When was the last time that a prosecuting attorney searched for the truth rather than making sure of a conviction? When was the last time that the DA looked for corruption among the elected criminal class, or even among court personnel? A substantial waste of taxpayer funds are the salaries of the five or more attorneys which make up the MLAC (Mass Legal Assistance Corporation). That is a state mandated non profit for administering the money appropriated each year for legal services. Each attorney makes more than $125,000 per year. That would fund five or more attorneys for prosecution or defense. How hard is it to give money away? The Spending Other People's Money Society thrives in Massachusetts. The DA fails to mention the appointment by the court of part time lawyers beyond CPCS, to represent indigents. These lawyers often have no morals. They take taxpayer funds to defend their clients and then accept money from others to not put on any defense. A greater waste of taxpayer money is the funding of psychiatry and psychology. Those disciplines pretend to be science based. They are actually personal opinion masquerading as science. Either the DA is clueless of what really goes on in the courthouse or he pretends not to know.

Cambridge Council Laments Deception

In one of the more hilarious stories about the Cambridge MA City Council are the below comments from councilors regarding a citizen petition to overturn a council decision to change the sign ordinance for the city. Simply opposing the efforts challenging the spineless exercise of council authority could be accepted. But instead of using rational arguments these councilors accuse the citizen petitioners of misleading the voters. Huh? Gasp! Politicians oppose misleading voters? What is next? Politicians telling the truth? These comments do not pass any laugh test. Former Mayor Reeves openly lies during and between council meetings. Accusing a citizen petition funder of deception is at best curious. As for out-of-town signature gatherers, what is the problem when many Cambridge politicians accept campaign contributions from persons who live far from Cambridge? Any wonder why politicians ignore the voters? They get their money from and serve non residents.

Police Shoot All Pests

Pace University Tea Party blogger reports local police have policy to shoot young black males when seen in cars near bars. Police deny the policy is only for black males. Officer who refused to give his name because he was not authorized to speak said, "We shoot anyone whenever we feel like it. That is why we have guns." Lawyers for co-ed who dated the deceased and suffered emotional distress said, "See they admit they shoot randomly, with no provocation." Westchester DA says, "Don't make snap judgments. We need to study this event. I'm appointing three private attorneys from Massachusetts, which has a high unemployment rate for lawyers." Candidates Cuomo and Paladino said they too will appoint lawyers to study this tragedy. Mayor Bloomberg issued a statement lamenting guns in society. "Why do all police officers need guns," he asked. Senator Gillibrand said she would get stimulus funds for more lawyers to study this shooting, "This is what stimulus funds are for," according to her statement. Lawyer Whines, No High-Paying Jobs

This young man whines before leaving the womb. "Get me a job Big Daddy." The court system is rigged to protect and to serve lawyers. With a law degree all you have to do is stand in line at the courthouse to get indigent clients. Taxypayers pay you good cash money no matter how badly you represent your clients. Some lawyers get paid by taxpayers to defend their clients, and get more money from interested parties who framed the clients NOT to put on any defense. Most judges do not care who wins as long as they do not have to work before 10 AM and after 2 PM. Get your dimwittted behind to the nearest court house and get your taxpayer money. Lawyers run the legislatures which appropriate funds for lawyers. Stop whining.

How about one defendant and seven lawyers, all of whom were paid to not put on any defense? Is the one defendant's experience unique? Was that pattern the only instance in MA state and US courts? It is very doubtful.

You contadict yourself. You say the matter needs to be investigated. Do you think the defendant did not try? Then you say I speak from "profound ignorance." How is that different from ordinary ignorance? An investigation requires an attorney with integrity who will work for free. Do you think that an indigent defendant has money to pay for a high priced investigator of attorneys? Does your profound wisdom lead you to believe that indigent defendants get adequate (if not competent) representation, when the Supreme Court of the US says that a homicide defense lawyer who sleeps in court is competent counsel? Your personal attacks may be valid in court where parties and witnesses cannot respond. But in the real world your attacks reveal a profound lack of rational arguments. Sticks and stones, young man.

Above two posts were supposed to appear as replies to comments replying to my original comment. But the replies came with no names attached to them so my replies were sent to no one. The Herald online needs to investigate this no less the criminal abuses of attorneys in court. Fat chance of that happening in this state. Hahaha.

Desperate Obama Campaigns

Republicans thank the President for campaigning in MA for Cadillac Deval. Every time the President campaigns for a candidate she (Hello Marsha Coakley) or he (Hello Jon Corzine) loses. Juan Williams and Psychiatry

Here is another example of how politicians and journalists use psychiatry to discredit people. Where is the NAMI alleged anti stigma campaign when there is a national example of psychiatric abuses to be addressed? It is not just the fascist leftists who do this. Conservative politicians and journalists do the same. It also shows how everyone can make psychiatric diagnoses. Who needs psychiatrists if everyone can diagnose mental illness?

I'm a great fan of Malkin's courage, standing up to the thuggery of Alex Jones who menaced her at one event. But even Michelle Malkin whose writings I love did it in a recent column referring to "tin hat" wearers. In "tolerant" Cambridge MA, Harvard professors, FBI informants and liberal activists, regularly ridicule and humiliate candidates for office and activists whose opinions they dislike, as mentally ill.

Boston's PBS station refuses to air programs exposing institutionalized bias against persons with disabilities. Not only do they ignore my years of petitions to Emily Rooney (daughter of 60 Minute's Andy Rooney) and WGBH's President to air such programs, but they threatened me with censorship because of my complaints about their unlawful bias. WGBH-TV also receives millions of taxpayer dollars annually.

Cambridge's local cable access station (which gets about $1 million a year from City government) is run by the same kind of fascists as the team at NPR. The management of Cambridge Community TV harasses and suspends people whose political opinions they dislike. They apply discrimination laws unequally and allow abuses of white hetero males by black racists, women and homosexuals. It is how liberals operate. Laws for me but not for thee.

Medical Reserearch Abuses

The pattern of out of control medical researchers continues. 64 years after the fact US Officials admit their crimes against humanity in Guatemala. US Law on Human Experiments (Title 45 CFR 46), The Common Rule, carries no penalties for using human subjects without consent. From 1944 to 1974, MIT researchers funded by Quaker Oats conducted radiation experiments on young men at the Fernald School in MA. See State Boys Rebellion, by Michael D'Antonio. Civilians designated "retarded" were used without consent exposing them to radiated foods to see what the effects were. In 1993 the US Energy Secretary admitted those abuses of up to 16,000 humans. When victims complained to the US Department of Energy the bureaucrats called them "the crazies." Psychiatry is used to discredit victims of goverment and academic research crimes. The lack of accountability of academic government researchers allows current abuses which are allegedly ongoing even at Harvard. Today hundreds of civilians complain about testing of high tech military anti-personnel weapons which the government denies as they did with the radiation experiments. The US Agency whose mission is to protect humans from research abuses refuses to investigate complaints. They demand evidence of criminal abuses from the victims. Is the government covering up the abuses to protect the researchers, as the FBI protected the Bulger crime family?

Liberals Obsessed With Disorderly Conduct Arrest

When will some group (or alleged journalist) investigate the abuses of power by then Cambridge Mayor Simmons, MA Gov. Patrick, US President Obama and Middlesex DA Leone all of whom abused their powers after that arrest for the benefit of a multi-millionaire tenured Harvard professor. The Hatch Act is still law. The acceptance of corruption of the criminal justice system reveals the lawlessness of MA government and the current US administration. Did Councilor Reeves get his opinion approved by Professor Ogletree -- the Pope of Racism? Does Councilor Cheung dispute Eric Holder's doctrine that Americans are cowards because they fear speaking about racism? The Cambridge City Council regularly speaks about racism refusing to let white men forget that they are all racists, stupid, evil and mentally ill. Or is that Professor Counter's doctrine?

The AG's office runs the Middlesex District Attorney's Office. There is no Middlesex County government, which was dissolved due to corruption. Leone and his staff work for the state. Leone is the official with legal authority to dimiss a complaint properly filed by a police officer. In the Gates case (according to the Cambridge City Manager) Cambridge City Solicitor Drisdell and a private attorney (former General Counsel for the MBTA) "negotiated" the dismissal without the DA. How many state laws were violated by officials who run the criminal justice system will remain unknown due to the privileged position of Harvard's multi millionaire tenured Professor Gates. How many arrested civilians spend no time in a cell? How many have their charges dismissed before arraignment? The way Professor Gates was treated added to the pervasive cynicism regarding the MA state court system and the US Courts in MA. The few dedicated and honest judges have had their reputations harmed by the criminal abuses of power during and after the arrest of this upper class elitist professor. Police improperly arrest civilians every day. These ordinary persons do not have their politician friends speak out demanding the charge be dismissed. In the name of equality former Harvard General Counsel Margaret Marshal, promoted legalization of same sex marriage; contrary to a state constitution provision excluding her court from having jurisdiction over marriage. But when it came to the application of criminal law, Harvard's politicians demanded unequal protection of the laws.

Official statements always reflect reality. Ask any PR Flack. AHHHHEM!

Focus on Domestic Violence

No doubt there is domestic violence, racial violence and homophobic violence, which all get attention from politicians and media. Why is there seldom any focus on abuses of persons with disabilities? One would think that these vulnerable persons are never abused. Unlike women, gays and black Americans, disabled persons are often denied access to protection. Taxpayer funded agencies for disabled persons are mostly run by police and bureaucrats who take notes and refer the victims to other bureaucrats. Eliminating these useless jobs which don't protect persons with disabilities would save taxpayer money. Especially abused by professionals and civilians alike are persons accused of mental illness. Police and journalists love to harass and to humiliate these people.

Study of Revenge

This study is limited to individuals. In contemporary US (society) people identify as members of groups, even though the rights guaranteed by the US Constitution are for individuals not groups. They take an offense against a member as an offense against all members. Thus there are multiple events passing for revenge against an individual by a group. Not only was this aspect not included in the study it raises further questions about the breakdown in fairness of society, and denial of Constitutional protections for individuals.

That decision is on appeal.

A primary reason why these defendants assert they should be paid their attorney's fees is because PsychRights is bringing these cases to protect children and youth from the massive harm caused by these drugs, rather than for the money. Psychiatry Wastes Taxpayer Funds

This action by the judge exposes one of many institutionalized wastes of taxpayer funds by the psychiatric industry. After an arrest the state sends some suspects for "competency evaluations." This proceeding is supposed to determine the fitness of the defendant to stand trial. The standard has a low threshold, requiring knowing what a court is, what a lawyer is and why the person is in court. It takes about 5 minutes. But the psychiatric industry often takes weeks to make the determination. Many months if not years later the defendant is brought to court for trial. He appears based on the earlier evaluation which means little. But that does not stop the lawyers and judges from working with the mental health industry to rob taxpayers ordering evaluations when they serve no purpose.
